The brief was to create more space and ease of movement for a client with specific mobility needs, while making sure the bathroom still felt warm and considered.

An existing built-in robe was removed to enlarge the bathroom, allowing the vanity to be brought into the room as part of the new layout. A generous shower bench with underfloor heating replaced the need for a shower chair, while carefully positioned grab rails provide additional support. Handmade blue tiles, warm timber and a soft checkerboard floor bring colour and character to the space.
